How long does it take?

From Branchburg and the surrounding Somerset County towns, JFK is roughly 55 to 70 miles away. The drive often takes 1.5 to 2 hours, and it can take considerably longer on weekday afternoons, Friday evenings and holiday weekends. For international departures we usually suggest leaving four hours or more before the flight.

Which way do we go?

There are two main approaches: south and east through Staten Island and Brooklyn on the Belt Parkway, or across Manhattan and into Queens. Which one is faster changes with the time of day and any incidents, so we choose on the day rather than following a fixed route. Bridge and tunnel tolls are factored into your quote.

Terminals and luggage

JFK has several separate terminals, so check yours a day or two before. Long trips usually mean big suitcases: the Suburban has real cargo space, but six passengers with six large bags is a tight fit. Tell us your passenger and bag count when you request a quote.

Flying home through JFK?

We pick up in New Jersey, and JFK is in New York. If you need a ride home from JFK, ask when you book and we will tell you what we can arrange. If you can return through Newark instead, we can pick you up there.
