Booking & Cancellation Policies

Cancellations
- Free cancellation up to 24 hours before pickup.
- Cancellations within 24 hours of pickup may be charged 50% of the fare.

No-shows
No-shows are charged the full fare. If you are running late or cannot find the car, call or text right away.
Airport wait time
We check your flight status before every airport pickup and adjust for delays.
- Domestic flights: 30 minutes of complimentary wait time after landing.
- International flights: 60 minutes of complimentary wait time after landing.
- Waiting beyond that is billed in 15-minute increments at the hourly rate.
Changes to your booking
Same-day changes are subject to availability. The sooner you let us know, the more likely we can accommodate the change.
Child car seats
Child car seats are not provided. Families traveling with young children should bring their own approved car seat.
Hours
Available early morning to late evening, by reservation. Call or text to reserve. We are not a 24/7 dispatch service. Booking ahead is the best way to secure your time.
